Service in other countries is managed by our team of dedicated global transport coordinators and all itineraries are meticulously checked and travelling times confirmed. Our transport partners are companies with whom we have worked for many years with set service levels and regular monitoring ensuring that we can guarantee top quality cars and knowledgeable chauffeurs, anywhere in the world. If you have a preferred supplier in a particular city or country we are of course happy to use them to ensure continuity of service.

Simply email your itinerary, and we will confirm your booking by return, in both PDF form and blackberry friendly text, including full chauffeur details which will not alter. If required we will prompt you for daily updates and reconfirm alterations as they happen. An experienced member of the team, with access to all your itinerary details, is on call 24/7 to ensure that no matter when or where your clients land, everything goes according to plan.

Mercedes, Jaguars, Volvos, and other quality vehicles including People Carriers/Vans are at your disposal across the world, backed up by our reputation for uncompromising quality and reliability. For field trips and larger groups, we can also organise coaches.

Billing will normally be in Sterling, with either one single invoice or individual bills. Roadshow invoicing is completed within one week of the end of the roadshow, with a full breakdown of charges for each city. Our booking and invoicing system is entirely bespoke therefore we can modify our invoicing to suit you.
